VEGGIE QUICHE
Cook and eat fresh or prep ahead of time and place into air-tight container for a quick healthy breakfast on the go!
NEED:

8 eggs
-
Splash of milk
-
Veggies (We love mushrooms, fresh spinach, and onions)
-
Cheddar Cheese (Try feta sometime too!)

Meat (Bacon, Turkey Bacon, Sausage, Ham, etc)
-
Land o’ Lakes Fat Free Half & Half
-
Olive Oil
-
Cupcake pan
PREP:

Prep veggies (cooked or raw is your choice; we love them raw for extra crunch)

Mix eggs and big splash of milk (for fluffiness), a splash of half & half, and cheese (handful) and meats (cheese and meats optional).

Spray Olive Oil into pan

Use ladle to scoop up mixture to place in cupcake pan
COOK:

Cook on 350 for 20-30 minutes. Let cool completely and they will pop out pretty easy.
